Created in 2017 in collaboration between GUZEMA Fine Jewelry and the Ukrainian Your Support Foundation, the Charity Chain helps children born with heart defects receive life-saving surgeries at the Amosov National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery in Kyiv. Each pendant is engraved with the words Love, Believe, Share, Pray, and Help — symbols of compassion and unity that connect everyone who wears it. Since its launch, the Charity Chain has raised over $250,000, funding 467 heart surgeries for children across Ukraine. Each number is more than a statistic — it’s a heartbeat, a laugh, a future restored.

What began as a single piece of jewelry has become a growing chain of kindness, strengthened by every story it touches.

In 2019, the Inspirement Chain was born – a symbol of empowerment crafted in partnership with the ‘I Can!’ project of the Olena Pinchuk Foundation. This necklace in the form of two hands holding together is a symbol of support, hope and faith above all. Every purchase uplifts women-led projects, fostering a culture of support and sisterhood.
